My Story
I am Bridget Austin, an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and mentor with 35 years learning and development experience predominantly in the public sector. My core values of Growth, Courage, Beauty, and Nature align with my passion for personal development, walking, nature, and photography. I am a gentle, appropriate challenger who works with individuals to help them achieve their goals, while fostering a non-judgmental atmosphere. I am a qualified psychometric practitioner and use my expertise to guide individuals in better understanding their strengths and work on areas for improvement.
I set up Bridget Austin Coaching in November 2022 after training in Photography in Coaching approaches with International Thought Leader Dorota Raniszewska, One Image Many Words. Since then my work as a coach has expanded to include the design and delivery of my ‘Connect Programme’ - a programme delivered to support people recovering from cancer reconnect with themselves and the world around them. In November 2023 I was honoured to be invited by Dorota to present my work in this area, appearing as part of an international panel of presenters at the first on line Symposium on Photography in Coaching Symposium on Photography in Coaching - Photography in Coaching (photo-in-coaching.com)
